Dear Chamber Members:
It is that time of year when the Chamber honors and recognizes those individuals and businesses that have gone above and beyond the call of duty for our Chamber and our community.
Below you will find award criteria and nomination forms for the following awards:
Hall of Fame
Distinguished Citizen of the Year
Educator of the Year
Small Business of the Year
Each and every one of us knows someone deserving of these awards. Please take the time to nominate that most deserving individual or business that has volunteered or demonstrated their commitment to serving others. Think about that teacher that influenced your child in a positive way. Submit the name of a company that gives excellent customer service and that has supported our community. Give recognition to those who are most deserving by nominating them for the appropriate Chamber award.
The selected winners will be announced at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Banquet on Thursday evening, November 5th at the Clay Community Center. Please contact the Chamber office with any questions you may have regarding these awards. The nomination forms are due back to the Chamber office no later than 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 6.
