(Winchester, KY – September 22, 2020) – Clark Regional Medical Center(CRMC) and Bourbon Community Hospital (BCH)announced today that Samantha Patrick has been named chief financial officer (CFO) of CRMC and BCH, effective September 28. Patrick has served as the assistant chief financial officer for CRMC and BCH since 2017.

As assistant chief financial officer, Patrick provided direct oversight of all financial reporting, accounting and consolidation functions, budget development and internal control compliance requirements for both hospitals, physician services and multiple service lines. She also acts as the Chief Staffing Officer monitoring and analyzing organizational staffing efficiencies for more than 600 employees. As the current Ethics & Compliance Officer, Samantha is responsible for ensuring the organization’s compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Prior to her role as assistant CFO, Samantha served as staff accountant in 2011, market senior accountant in 2014 and market controller in 2015 for Clark Regional Medical Center and Bourbon Community Hospital.

Patrick holds a holds a Master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy and business administration from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. Samantha is a board member of the United Way of the Bluegrass in Winchester and was a tutor for Clark County Partners in Education for the 2018-2019 school year.
